Ed’s Bike Repair offers mobile bike servicing, maintenance and repairs throughout Sussex. We can service your bikes at your home or place of work, or alternatively we offer to pick-up your bike, service it at our workshop, before delivering it back at your convenience.
Having a deep-rooted lifelong love of all things cycling, I want to keep your bikes giving you the same joy as I get from mine. I believe with regular servicing, fixing issues as soon as they come along with the right care you can enjoy many miles to come.
As a fully qualified Cycle Mechanic, you can ride with peace of mind, knowing that your bike has been thoroughly inspected, repaired and serviced, whether it’s brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, or any other repairs, I will ensure that your bike is in perfect working order before handing it back, for you to enjoy every journey on your well-maintained bike!

STANDARD SERVICE //
£50 excluding parts
Geared up to those of you who want a yearly check-up to keep your bike safe and in good working order for you to enjoy.

INCLUDES
• Safety check of your bicycle.
• Headset, bottom bracket and hubs checked and adjusted.
• Check the adjustment of brakes and gears.
• All nuts and bolts are checked and torqued.
• Tyres correctly inflated and chain lubricated.
MID SERVICE //
£70 excluding parts
Suited to the regular rider with a mid or high end bike. Recommended sevice at least once a year.

• Cassette, chain, chain set, front derailleur and rear derailleur removed, degreased and lubricated.
• Frame and fork wiped down and checked for alignment.
• Wheels removed from frame and trued.
FULL SERVICE //
£130 excluding parts
From your headset to your Bottom Bracket. This service is aimed at those using their bikes regularly or have enjoyed many miles.

INCLUDES
• Safety check of your bicycle.

• ALL components are removed, cleaned and inspected.
• Bottom bracket, hubs and headset bearings are cleaned, inspected and re-greased where necessary.
• Frame and fork are cleaned and inspected for damage and alignment.
• Wheels removed from frame and trued.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES //
From fixing flat tires and adjusting brakes to replacing worn-out chains and gears, Replacing frame & Wheel bearings, stripping and rebuilding. For one off repairs to a more bespoke service, please see our maintenance pricing.
COLLECTION & DROP OFF //
I can collect and drop within a 15mile radius of Shoreham By Sea, any extra mileage would be an additional charge at 50p a mile.
